I dunno if you remember our convo a while back but this is comming from an Ls1 owner(me). I have a Heads/Cam/Bolton Ws6 6spd. It tuned out to 430rwhp 400rwtq NA. The modifications are MTI Heads/X1 Cam,LS6 Intake,Longtubes,TSP Rumbler Exhaust,MTI Lid,30lb Injectors. I am planning on running low 11s NA, and with a 125-150shot I figure it'll be in the 550/550 range.Mine also has all forged internals as well. That being said you can see my mods and my power #s. I think it all depends on personal preference. If you want something that'll PIN you to the back of the seat and pull the front wheels when launching then get an Ls1.As for Ls1's "falling off" I've yet to see an Ls1 that doesnt pull hard as hell on the top end, especially when you start throwin some mods on it.
